A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your card will not be charged before we confirm your appointment with you. The deposit applies toward your total balance and secures your preferred time slot. For large or complex jobs, full payment may be required in advance at our discretion.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your card information is securely stored on file and may be used to process the deposit, or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. You may pay the remaining balance after service by credit card, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward the total service cost.

• Cancellations forfeit the deposit, regardless of notice.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
