Whatever your rug is made of, however delicate or valuable: here's what we actually have on-site to take care of it right.
What that actually means:
dusting area, dedicated washing floor, centrifuge, and temperature-controlled drying room, all purpose-built for rugs, not adapted from carpet equipment
your rug is thoroughly washed until all dirt, urine, or other contaminants are removed
colors are checked for bleeding before your rug ever touches water
if odor remains, we come back and re-clean at no charge. See rug odor treatment
before and after, so there's a record, not just a promise
every rug handled by people who have taken dozens of classes on how to work with different rug fiber types
several local cleaning companies send us their customers' rugs when the job calls for real expertise

"I have been using Stanley steamer for years now, but the last couple of years they have cleaned my carpet, I noticed they just weren't really getting my carpets clean so this year I decided to look for a new company to clean my carpet and I found it! Matthew is phenomenal. He's very professional and friendly and From the moment I made the appointment I just got really good vibes from him. He did such a phenomenal job on my carpet. I live in a rental and my carpet is pretty old But I do my best to keep the carpet clean. This past year, I fostered a puppy and she had accidents in the house, and I did a bunch of spot cleaning on the carpets which left my carpet with spot cleaning marks (If that makes sense). I was shocked at how good my carpet looked after Matthew was done. I can't say that my carpet look brand new, but it looked like he took 10 years off of the carpet. The spots on my carpet are no longer visible. The high traffic areas are nice and clean and my whole house smelled so fresh after he was done. He took his time ensuring a very thorough job. But at the same time, he actually didn't take that long at all to clean the carpets. I don't know what kind of magic Matthew used on my carpet to get it so clean, but I'm gonna go as far to say that he is a carpet magician! I couldn't be more pleased, and I will be using his services again for sure. As a matter of fact, I've already told my neighbors and my friends about the amazing job he did and if you're looking for a review to convince you to use Matthew's services let this be the one. This guy will really do a great job and I guarantee you you will be very happy with the results."

We've taken dozens of classes over the years to fully understand how to work with different rug fiber types.
We started as a full-service cleaning company in 2014, and we're still good at carpet, tile, and floor care every day. Rugs simply became the service we invested the most extra training and facility into over time. Offering everything under one roof just means you don't need a separate company for every surface in your home.
Yes. Start to finish, at our own dedicated facility. Nothing gets shipped out to a third party.
Yes. Every rug is dye-tested before we ever introduce water, and handled according to its specific fiber type, not a one-size-fits-all process.
Rug cleaning starts at $1.50/sqft for synthetic rugs, with wool, silk, viscose, and other specialty fibers priced according to the care they need. Pickup & delivery orders have a $250 minimum (rug drop-off, by appointment, has no minimum), and pickup orders with 3 or more rugs save 10–22%. Getting into a building, checking in, and moving equipment between our van and your unit takes extra time and effort, so all apartment and condo buildings have a $500 minimum for any service. Use the instant calculator above for an exact estimate based on your rug's fiber and size, or read our full rug cleaning price guide.
