Built Different From Day One

I started Total Cleaning Service in 2014 with a straightforward goal: build one company that could handle everything — without the gaps, excuses, or runaround that had become normal in this industry.

Most cleaning companies pick a lane and stay in it. We didn't. Over the past decade, I've built out a full suite of services — carpet cleaning, rug washing, wood floor restoration, tile and grout, carpet dyeing, stretching, and repair — because that's what homeowners and property managers actually need.

In 2017, I earned my carpet dyeing certification — one of a small number of technicians in Northern Virginia with that credential. It's the kind of specialty most companies quietly turn away. We lean into it.
