We wash the rug using the correct rug shampoo, based on its fiber type and the level of soil. Specialized spot treatments are applied to address issues such as ink, grease, spills, and stubborn stains. For rugs from homes with pets, we apply a pet urine treatment to remove stains and neutralize odors at the source. We continue this process until all removable dirt, residue, and pet odors are eliminated.
Rug Shampoo Wash, Spot Treatments & Pet Urine Treatment
We wash the rug using the correct rug shampoo, based on its fiber type and the level of soil. Specialized spot treatments are applied to address issues such as ink, grease, spills, and stubborn stains. For rugs from homes with pets, we apply a pet urine treatment to remove stains and neutralize odors at the source. We continue this process until all removable dirt, residue, and pet odors are eliminated.
Thorough Wash with Mechanical or Hand Agitation
Depending on the rug’s construction and condition, we use either controlled mechanical agitation or hand scrubbing with soft brushes for delicate rugs. This safely loosens embedded soil, oils, hair, and residue from deep in the fibers.
Rinse, Centrifuge Spin & Temperature-Controlled Drying
The rug is thoroughly rinsed and spun in our rug centrifuge, removing water, shampoo, and contaminants. We monitor the water leaving the centrifuge to ensure a clean, soft, and residue-free finish. The rug is then dried in our temperature-controlled drying room to protect dyes and prevent uneven drying.
Grooming, Final Vacuum & Delivery Prep
We groom the rug for a smooth, even appearance and HEPA vacuum it again to remove loose fibers and lint. The rug receives a final inspection, and then it is rolled up and ready for delivery.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
• A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward the total service cost.
